Rebecca has been teaching yoga to both adults and children since 2005. In September 2012 Rebecca opened her own yoga studio in Westend (Munich, Germany.)

Rebecca began practicing yoga in 2001 as a way to balance her then hectic life as an international school teacher in Moscow, Russia. With a history in dance and ballet, she was immediately attracted to yoga and the sense of tranquility it gave her. With time, however, she learned that yoga is really less about physical flexibility and turning yourself into a human pretzel, and more about learning to live life to its fullest by learning how to let go and by breathing fully into the present moment.
