For over 6 years we have been committed to cultivating an inclusive yoga community in downtown San Diego for those who have or want to attain a healthy lifestyle.

Rooted in Vinyasa Flow yoga, we also offer a wide variety of class styles that include Hatha, meditation, and restorative yoga. No matter where you are in your yoga journey the experienced instructors at The Little Yoga Studio will help you connect mind, body, and spirit.

We offer beginner classes, 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, special events, and workshops to continue your education. Our goal is to help you grow your yoga practice by creating a strong yoga community in downtown San Diego.
